How do I sync progress between devices?
Sign both devices in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled. Sword Ascendant saves progress to your private iCloud database and syncs automatically. If two devices ever disagree about your progress, the game asks you which copy to keep and preserves the other one as a backup.
I lost my progress. How do I get it back?
First confirm you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used before, then reinstall the game — it restores your progress from iCloud when it starts. If the wrong copy comes back, use the sync options in the game’s Settings to pick the copy you want to keep.
How do I restore my VIP purchase?
Open Settings in the game and use Restore VIP. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that made the purchase. VIP is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple ID — it does not follow your iCloud account, and the two accounts can be different.
Ads are not loading. What should I do?
Rewarded ads need a network connection and are occasionally unavailable. When an ad cannot load, your reward count is not consumed and the reward is not lost — just try again later. If you declined personalized advertising you may see non-personalized ads instead, but the rewards stay exactly the same.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app, and remove Sword Ascendant from iOS Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage. Your progress lives only in your iCloud, so there is nothing on our servers for us to delete.
What devices are supported?
Sword Ascendant runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later.
